Roof panels are 16" wide Tech Loc Flat panels in thicknesses from 24 gauge to 18 gauge or 24" wide Storm Loc 24 in 24 gauge. Gauge will depend upon design, load and span. Wall panels are 16" wide Tech Loc Sculptured or Flat panels in 24 gauge or optional Flat panels only in 18 gauge.
Bracing
Tech Loc interlocking roof and wall panels are fastened together to create designs of sufficient strength requiring no additional bracing under most design loads.
Foundation Requirements
Tech Loc Buildings can be erected on a concrete slab or wall; on top of structural steel or they can be pre-constructed off-site on a steel frame that can be shipped to the job site and lifted into place.
Materials
Roofing, siding and trims are manufactured from galvanized and galvalume steels. Tech Loc sandwich panels are available, unpainted, or pre-painted Bone White (QC 273) or other colours subject to availability.
Inside Finishes
Tech Loc Self-Framing buildings are easy to insulate with the addition of fiberglass batts; laminated-back fiberglass or rigid foam insulation. Liner panel can be attached directly to the inside ribs of the panel or a wood or metal strapping can be attached and then covered with a metal liner, plywood, drywall or other finishing materials.
